[oe] Patch to eglibc

Hi Koen

Here is another patch to enable eglibc on OE. With this patch applied
I was able to compile a angstrom-console-image for my osk5912 board
haven't had chance to boot.

The patch adds one patch thats a backport from glibc and few other fixes.
