[oe] move zroadmap receipies to packages/roadmap

I plan to move the zroadmap receipts in packages/zroadmap to 
packages/roadmap for better maintenance.

zroadmap is the QT version of the roadmap (gtk version). Roadmap is one 
of the essential applications for Zaurus users in the States. The recent 
1.1.0 release, brings it up-to-date with 2006 Tiger street maps from the 
Census Bureau and fixes many bugs.
