[oe] Working on uicmoc4, qmake2, qt4-x11-free and qtopia-core over the season

Hey,

to avoid duplicated work I just wanted to say that I'm going to work on the 
above things, try to fix the open bugs, upgrade versions, unify things. As I 
won't be in Berlin, I'm likely to be offline most of the time.
