Somethings learned from last year were:
- that the first day is the most busy day.
-You have basically three groups of people : Gadget freaks, Users, Developers
-We have no room for developer discussions at the booth , maybe reserving a
table in the restaurant is an idea.
-Press release before fosdem is a good idea(if everybody is okay with I will
issue it)
-We missed out on power outlets , jan(the very friendly men from belgium)
bought a couple of them and donated them to the project , with belgian power
plugs!!!(I was wondering who has them now)
-We had no banner or presentation wall
-The openmoko was the big hit
-Maximum three people behind the booth
-Someone needs to go to the supermarket to buy drinks (I did this last year
and will do it again this year)
-Booth attendance needs to be arranged before the fair(I will edit the wiki)
-Selling shirts is a good idea (Do I need to arrange that ?)
-Donations at the booth are a good idea as well.
-What will we bring this time ?
-Meeting on forehand in brussels ?
If you guys like it I can organise this
Regards,
Gerwin
