[oe] Organisation fosdem 2008

As seen on the mailinglist we are trying to get to fosdem this year. 

I would like to make a list of people who are going there. 

Please let me know if you already know if you are going there. 

Also a request for presence in China came in , do we have any native chinese 
speakers ?
