[oe] No git-gui-install-mode-arg-spaces.patch in stable branch

Hi,

the patch file git-gui-install-mode-arg-spaces.patch is called for in 
org.openembedded.stable/packages/git/git.inc but the file is not there.
should this be the same patch file in the dev branch?
It the git gui really necessary even if the git package is not needed for a 
minimal-image?
