[oe] binutils 2.17.atmel.1.2.6 and gcc 4.2.2.atmel.1.0.8 for AVR32

For anyone interested in the AVR32, I just submitted patches to upgrade gcc to 
4.2.2.atmel.1.0.8 and binutils 2.17.atmel.1.2.6.  See

Yes, I know OE contains binutils 2.17.atmel.1.3.0, but this 2.17.atmel.1.2.6 
is actually newer.  It's also required to assemble the output of the new gcc 
4.2.2.atmel.1.0.8.

There's also a fix in the binutils patch for having a texinfo version >= 4.10.
