[oe] DEPENDS gperf-native in xcb-util.inc

hi,

I wonder why

DEPENDS += "gperf-native"

is commented out in xcb-util.inc?  I tried to build it today but the
configure seems to depend on gperf.

btw I need to add 

acpaths = ""

in xcb-util.inc to make it work.  that's because autotools.bbclass
will automatically include /atom in acpaths but it's not necessary and
will cause error.
