The server at xorg.freedesktop.org is taking too long to respond.

I try a lot this morning i don't have firewall or proxy in my lan 
possible the server change the repository to download sameone could try 
to download 
http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/individual/lib/xtrans-1.0.3.tar.bz2 
this package plz and tell me if it' ok or is only my problem?
 
i try to go in http://freedesktop.org and it's ok but the download don't 
start
