[oe] two bbclasses for java recipes

Hi,
as discussed earlier Java recipes should have configurable locations for
jars and JNI libraries. Furthermore I wanted to save boilerplatecode. It
is all described in this bug report. If you are interested in such
recipes have a look at them and say whether you want them that way or
