[oe] [ADMIN] bug tracker moved

Dear folks,

due to some unforseeable events, our bug tracker had to move. Unfortunately we 
don't have full control over the openembedded.org DNS space (which we are 
trying to fix), so we can't switch this right now. In the meantime, please 
use bugs.openembedded.net as the bugtracker hostname.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to our Bugzilla admin Greg for taking 
care about the issue!
