[oe] Missing OE.mtn snapshots and old Monotone version recommended in wiki

That's was my first guess as to what they were, however I was only be able
to download a 0-byte file, not the file to which the symlink was supposed to
point (assuming it points to something that is not zero-sized ;) ).

Perhaps the server doesn't like working with Firefox 2.x on WinXP/Linux.
