[oe] zenity package with finger-scroll patch

hello list. i made some changes to the zenity package to get
finger-scrolling in the --list dialogs. i also wrote a patch to
disable the doc generation because that broke the build looking for
gnome-doc-utils on the host side. if somebody could test the build and
commit them it would be cool..
the makefile.patch was already committed in the recipes/gnome/zenity
folder, i resend it for clarity
