[oe] RRECOMENDS packages

Dear members,

How I can force the building of the RRECOMENDS packages? I need to 
compile some of the reccomended packages in task-base in order to 
generate my custom root_fs and I don't want to build them one by one.

Using the original 2009.X stable branch, using a ep93xx kernel.
