[oe] [PATCH 2/4] gcc: fix libstdc/libgcc packaging on x86_64

FWIW, Ubuntu Hardy LTS 8.04 is on GCC 4.2.3:

Hardy LTS is the "Long-Term Support" version of Ubuntu, that they 
support for 2 years. It will be replaced in April 2010, which isn't 
tooooo far away.
