[oe] Having trouble keeping track of the Patches?

Patches sent to the list are being tracked with patchwork now:

If you submit a patch, please update the flags as comments occur and 
consensus happens.

Hopefully, having one place to review discussion will make it easier for 
people with commit access to commit patches they are not personally 
comfortable with. Hopefully, this improves patch quality and gets more 
patches commited in less time, and spreads the commit load over more people.
