[oe] [RFC] OpenEmbedded name tags (for shows, events)

Hello,

see attached proposal for name tags and cards.

Still to fix:
- light grey colour

I'm now doubting whether to autogenerate the name tags, as the print
colours (Pantone Uncoated) are hard (impossible) to get deterministic
with RGBA based software.
