[oe] Git phrase book

Hi,

I'm try to push a change onto the FSO 5.5 branch and was following
through the git phrase book

under feature branches it has an example of pushing the branch back to
the server

When I try that it doesn't work

angus at builder:/usr/src/openmoko/openembedded$ git push origin fso/milestone5.5
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
