[oe] Where can I send the patch

Hi eveyone,

Currently I use oe for a mips based mp4 player and it is really convenient
for building a distro. Thanks for all of your excellent work.

Whe I using oe, I found some bugs for building it for MIPS target, but I am
confused with the usage of the bug tracker, this mail list and path queue.
Also I read the wiki and it says normal user also has the commit right. So
where should I report the patch. Via bug tracker or this mail list or just
push my patch into OE?
