[oe] boost & log4cxx

Hi,

I can't get the boost serialization 1.36 working on arm for the at91sam9263ek machine.
I found a solution: use the version 1.35 for boost. This compiles and with a small patch I can link and use it on the platform
I've attached it to this email.

The other thing I want to add is log4cxx

I use boost 1.35 and log4cxx 9.7 in my projects

For some reasons log4cxx 10.0 compiles but doesn't run yet. (some apr mutex fails on my platform) but I left the bb there because it might work for others.
