[oe] apache2 2.2.14

I tried to bring apache up to 2.2.14 but ran into problems.
I needed to add a patch in srclib/apr/configure.in but for some reason
the configure file in that dir is not regenerated.
As autotools is not really my league of sports, I'm asking for help here.

The recipe + patches can be found at

Can someone have a look at it and come with a suggestion.
