[oe] opkg-sdk_svn build failure

Hello,

I'm trying to build QTE SDK according to OE manual chapter "Creating and 
Using a Qt Embedded SDK". Command "bitbake meta-toolchain-qte" fails with:

Tail of log contains following lines:
