[oe] missing tzdata2010g.tar.gz

Hi,

I tried a complete rebuild of "x11-image" and it stopped because it can't download
the file:

I don't know if you like to update the recipe to the new file tzdata2010h.tar.gz or if
you more like to add this file to your mirrors (http://mirrors.openembedded.org/, ...)
