Hi,

Bitbake 1.10 doesn't try to fetch cvs/svn/git snapshots anymore, which
sucks.
It did show that the cvs fetcher doesn't use the proxy setup since it
fails to get gnu-config from cvs (and doesn't try to fetch a snapshot first.
