[oe] CALL FOR ACTION: get rid of native recipes

As we want to remove native recipes, but no-one seems to be willing to take
up the job of doing all, I've been looking at who might be the owner of the
recipe.

I did that by running git blame on all files which contain inherit native
Attached (hopefully) and on http://filebin.ca/hojrtk/native (for as long as
it lasts) is a list with the outcome of that exercise.

My request to you is to go through the list and where possible fix the
recipes that mention your name
Options are:
- deleting the recipe if it is old an unneeded (preferably also delete the
corresponding regular recipe)
- convert the nonnative recipe to BBCLASSEXTEND = "native"
- in some cases: leave as is (e.g. if it is only a native recipe, or if it
is very difficult to convert)

Of course feel free to tackle other recipes (e.g. in the same dir, or from
an author that has gone) as well
