[oe] [PATCH,v3] recipes: Dont inherit autotools_stage.

Khem, first visual inspection looks good.

I noticed most of the recipes just remove the autotools_stage but a few of
them also do things like changing do_stage_appen into do_install_append
(like the gupnp ones).
It might be better to do those patches first (with PR bump), then have a
patch that strictly only removes the inherit autotools_stage stuff.
