[oe] cleaning recipes

Hi,
I added this docbook stuff once. My source to understand how it is to be
built was linuxfromscratch.org. So one should have a look at this
again I think.

Chaning the version of the DTD should be fine. If it is incompatible you
would get loads of errors. :-)
