[oe] native.bbclass polluting packages when BUILDSYS == HOSTSYS

Hi,

I just noticed that libxml2-native is outputting packages in
deploy/glibc/ipk/i686, which means it will end up in the feeds for i686
target machines, which is bad.

Can we either stop native.bbclass from outputting packages or put them
in a different dir?
