[oe] cortex-a9 build failure at glibc

  if you use minimal or micro distro then eglibc is default libc for

 I had started with eglibc2.11 but some failure occured in the build (i dont
quite remember the error). Based on the above lineup my build fails while
packaging eglibc. This is the log -
