[oe] kdriver kmode.c policy

Hi all,

I have a bunch of modelines to add to the kdMonitorTimings table of
kmode.c file (xorg-server : kdrive).

I see that several patches are already modifying this file. I would like
to know what is the proper way to add some modelines without adding "yet
another machine specific patch" ?
