[oe] Serial console problem: Id "S0" respawning too fast

Looked at SERIAL_CONSOLE variable values in different machine conf
files, added '-L' option to getty string in inittab:
S0:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty -L 115200 ttyS0
Now login and shell works fine.
