[oe] [PATCH 1/9] xilinx-virtex4: new file

Hi Frans,

Thanks for your suggestion SRC_URI_target-arch could select the correct
kernel config for a given target arch, I'm no sure but some variables like
"USE_VT"
override the final kernel modules that are build, if time permits I'm going
to look at
that direction.

For now I'm interested in proposed patchs to be integrated so I can have a
positive
review in my Gsoc mid term evaluation :D
