[oe] Ipkg pakcage settings

I am bitbaking a recipe with the name of ossie-gpp-node, after bitbaking, ipkg packages with names ossie-gpp-node-dev and ossie-gpp-node-dbg are built but there is no ipkg package with the name ossie-gpp-node. How this package may be built ? I am using Angstrom distribution ? I mean where and how these packaging options are set?
