BBFILES = "PATH-TO-OPENEMBEDDED/recipes/"
DISTRO = "angstrom-2008.1"
MACHINE = "smdk6410"

Nothing more is needed.

in shell do:

$ export BBPATH=PATH-TO-BUILDDIR:PATH-TO-OPENEMBEDDED
$ bitbake console-image
