[oe] failure building opkg-native on 64 bit Ubuntu

I'm running 9.04 64 bit server.

Local conf is:

DISTRO_TYPE = "debug"

ENABLE_BINARY_LOCALE_GENERATION=0

INHERIT += "rm_work"

I currently have nothing in ASSUME_PROVIDED.
