[oe] php build issue

I had a very weird issue today.

php - 5.2.13 - r7.2 does build locally, but refuses to build on our
autobuilder as configure says fork is not found!

I'm especially confused/worried by some of the autotools messages in
the log, but unfortunately my autoconf knowledge is not good enough to
fix this.

Anyone a suggestion?
