[oe] opensync: fetch failures

http://opensync.org/download/releases/0.22/ has all tarballs now.

Stable opensync is 0.22 version. Developers suggest to use this version and 
refuse to give any support to it at same time. 0.3x versions are listed as 
experimental but are the only one which can get any kind of support from 
developers. Funny isn't it?
