[oe] tcp-wrappers: What kind of license? Custom or BSD?

Dear OE folks,
is »tcp-wrapper« the correct value [1] to assign to `LICENSE`? Wikipedia
says this is a BSD license [2]. The license is the following [3].
As of June 1, 2001, the text below constitutes the TCP Wrappers license.
