I'm sorry, I'm not clear on why this is a problem.  Are you suggesting
that oe.dev be maintained and kept building until...?  And again, I'm
happy to keep the maintenance branch building so long as people are
willing to feed me pull requests to do so.

But also, please see what I said just now in another part of the
thread about the direction I see things going, today.
