[oe] gcc-cross-initial patching fails

gcc45-no-add-needed.patch is the patch in question. I dont see
anything wrong with it.
Can you do bitbake -ccleanall gcc-cross-initial and redo bitbake
gcc-cross-initial -cpatch ?
