The problem you are facing is because those files are not available.

There are a couple of options, you can 

a. modify the elftosb_10.12.01.bb recipe and make sure that it points to a valid location.

or 

b. if you already have a downloaded source package elftosb-10.12.01.tar.gz, from somewhere in your iMX SDK, modify the recipe so that it looks for a file, rather than a URL.
