[oe] [meta-oe][PATCH v2] opencv: update to 2.4.3 and fix some issues

* Update to 2.4.3
* Use tar instead of no longer available SVN repository
* Remove numpy detection patch and update related CMAKE variable
* Fix QA Issues: contains probably-redundant RPATH
