I just refactored and re-ordered the patches, with the correct sequence number as it appears
in the git-4.8.inc recipe.
All the sign off attributions are still listed with your name and email address, I haven't signed up as
the author of all the patches.
I wasn't aware of the -autho option in git, if you want I can re-create and re-send it again.
I did a similar clean up for the gcc-4.7 recipe patches.
