[oe] worth patching SERIAL_CONSOLE to SERIAL_CONSOLES?

  just noticed in the yocto ref manual that SERIAL_CONSOLE is
deprecated in favour of SERIAL_CONSOLES. is it worth my submitting a
patch to make that change across oe-core?
