[oe] [meta-oe][PATCH 0/2] updates for terminus-font

In order to successfully build terminus-font, the xorg utility "bdftopcf" needs
to be available on the native host. This patch set adds a recipe for
"bdftopcf" then updates terminus-font to add this DEPENDS.
