[oe] [meta-java][PATCH 0/2] Remove currency generation data expiration date

The currency generation class makes a 10 year time expiration check which is
now expired. Hence, packages that use it to build are failing.

This commit removes the date expiration check as for embedded system we don't
want a system to have an expiration date for building.
