[oe] [meta-multimedia][PATCH] xbmc: disable rxsx (euphoria)

Correct. This is a workaround for the euphoria issue (which for me was a
problem with linking, rather than compiling).

Others have been working on a newer upstream branch (Frodo, 12.x).
