[oe] Regarding dhcp package

The error is:

configure: error: source directory already configured; run "make distclean"
there first

Try a clean build ?

For example:

bitbake dhcp -ccleansstate && bitbake dhcp

If you get the same error again, you may need inherit autotools-brokensep
rather than autotools as a quick workaround.
