I'm afraid review normally takes more than one day, although it might not be 
easy to see that at the moment. FWIW we are planning on working on improving 
patchwork so that there is greater visibility into the status of patches 
(although for meta-oe and related layers Martin is currently manually sorting 
and marking a lot of them.)
