[oe] [meta-networking][PATCH] wolfssl: change name from cyassl to wolfssl, update to version 3.4.0

[LC Mac]

CyaSSL is now called wolfSSL. Recipe updates included RPROVIDE and
PROVIDE lines, with updates to sha/md5 sums.
